Google Play music download error bm-pph-11

I can download apps perfectly fine on my new lg g3, but any music i try to download shows "error retrieving information from server bm-pph-11". I tried clearing the cache and rebooting my phone but nothing works. Please help!

My wife and I are having the same problem on Galaxy S5 and HTC ONE M8 on the Verizon network. I can't find any info anywhere. Please help.

Same problem here, when the wallet attempts to open at Google music I get error retrieving information from server bm-pph-11. Any help

I had this same issue I resolved it by adding a credit card to my google wallet account. See if that works, even if something is free they still require to have a form of payment on file. Good luck!

Also, instead of using your phone access the play store on your computer to update your account info.
