s health on note 3.issue/problem?

So as u can see in the image it says that but what does it mean? I think I noticed a change in the tempeture readings as I was freezing cold and my cell phone said it was 75°F. Is there anyway I can calibrate the sensors? Thanks for all the help

Perhaps there's an update coming, and it's warning you not to do this or that in the meantime?
