Galaxy note 3 battery life and signal

since update my battery life is horrible i use to make it through the day without a problem but now by noon i need to charge. plus my signal is always in and out. places i would get 4g get 3 bars of 3g or no signal at all. the kitkat update is no good. i love the phone but this is turning me off of it alot. i have factory reset my phone more than once and we all know it is a pain in the ***. Andriod system or android os is always taking up the higher percentage of my battery. i dont know what else to do but its really not good

You may have a bad app or apps running. Use Safe Mode to find out. Try also a Cache Partition wipe.
