Default Nexus 7 with Android 4.4 cant pair with bluetooth Radio

Hey ! I just bought myself an Alpine iDE-178 BT Digital Media Receiver and tried to pair and connect it with my Nexus 7 (2013). Wont work . Device is listet as "Paired" but simply doesnt connect. It works fine with my mobile and other phones though. So the Problem must be with the nexus.
I read about Bluetooth issues but i dont know with wich firmware version they started.
So is there any recommandation on how to proceed with that? Will i have to downgrade my Android (to which version?)
Or is there a Bluetooth Bugfix comin out soon??

    please help!
