Black Screen

[AC Question]

Got a little water on it but dried it off within 30 seconds then phone randomly shut off. I turned it back on but the screen's black and when I plug it in the light doesnt show that it's charging. Ive tried everything to try and get the screen and charging light to illuminate again but NOTHING has worked. Any suggestions?
