Hello - it seems like you have a device that is not certified to have the Play Store installed, which is why it did not come preinstalled, and can't be installed as a sideload. You'll need to use an alternative, such as the Amazon App store if you wish to download apps.

how did you even get to have the google play store icon there , I got the same tablet from China, I hope someone could help
