Htc one mini 2 speaker problem

[AC Question]

Just purchased the above phone, fine for a few days but playing up now, when i ring somebody they carnt hear me but i can hear them, ive already done a factory reset, which worked but after a day its back to normal, the only time people can hear me is when i put call on loudspeaker

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds more like a phone mic problem rather than a speaker problem. Since it's new, I wouldn't waste any time, and just bring it back to where you got it, asking for a replacement.
