    Default Rooted Nexus 4 with system and all data wiped out

    i rooted my nexus 4 device and tried to flashed android L but in the process i accidentally wiped out all the system files and now nexus 4 wont factory reset and the phone can turn on but it doesnt show google logo and i cannot go into usb debugging mode can anyone help?

    Try flashing a factory image for your device. Here's a guide, just replace the file with one for the latest available version: How-to -- Flash the 4.3 factory images to your Nexus
