Default Can't install Google Services update

    I'm using a rooted/safestrapped Verizon Galaxy S4 running Venomous 2.0 in a rom slot.

I've been having an issue installing the most recent Google Services update due to insufficient internal storage space. There is 16 GB total and 13.5 is listed as Miscellaneous and I can't see more than 2 GB of what is there.

Is there any way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!
