The ZTE Force N9100 has pretty decent features can be found on eBay for $30 or even less. Is there a GSM version of the ZTE Force or a GSM equivalent? I know it's an older model, but I'm looking to find an LTE-capable 4G Android phone for a cheap pay-as-you-go AT&T MVNO plan, and I don't want to spend a lot of money.

I'm not familiar with that phone, but I'm on Sprint and I know the Sprint ZTE Force N9100 has the following network bands:

    2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz
    CDMA 800 / 1900 MHz
    3G: UMTS
    4G: LTE 1900 MHz
