Boost Mobile ID accidentally installed

Can I undo or restore my home screen to the way I had it set up before the install? I dont want boost mobile id. Please help. Thanks

I dont know forums well, I made both posts but tried to edit the first one. I'm new to this. So I signed up and now have a profile here. I'm looking to get help with my ZTE Warp Sequence android phone. I accidentally installed boost mobile ID and now everything has changed on my phone and I never wanted id. It kept popping up wanting me to install it. When it was in my pocket it must of launched, because I pulled it out of pocket and saw it downloading and I could not stop it. Now I'm trying to figure out if i can rid of it and restore my phone to the way I had it set up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
