    Hi All

I considering buying a phone that will be rooted. My concern is whether rooting the phone will have any impact on accessing google apps (play store, gmail, maps etc) and also updating existing apps.

Can someone let me know if rooting the phone will impact this.

    Thanks. Adam

It shouldn't. All root access means is you can change things in the device that the OEM did not mean for you to change. Sometimes that is a good thing, and sometimes not.
