I have recently bought a sprint samsung galaxy s3 and want to switch it to straight talk using there byop program including cdma phones(aka sprint). I checked to compatibility of the phone on straight talk and it said it was compatible and then I went to register it so I could add the network code and it says the zip code that I used does not offer coverage for the phone. Now could I just use a zip code that has coverage and use the towers around me when I get my phone activated or can I not do that?
