htc one max

[AC Question]

hi , i have htc one max i cannot change the typing language at the lock screen to unlock the phone
so , i tried to do the hard reset by pressing and holding the down volume bottom and the power bottom at the same time as shown htc support
web page and didn't work
please answer as soon as possible ...

Welcome to Android Central! So did you change the typing language in the first place? Are you saying that the current language of the keyboard won't let you enter the password?
