Notification Panel on Galaxy Grand Duos

Hello All,

My name is Prasad Rao. I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos since Jan 2014. I have an issue wherein the Notification Panel doesnt scroll automatically, we need to do it manually. I have performed Factory Reset but the issue still persists. Please advice

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that it doesn't scroll automatically? On most devices, when you swipe the notification shade down, you need to manually scroll it up or down to see everything (if you have that many unread notifications).

I know that we need to manually scroll it up when we swipe the notification shade down. The notification panel doesn't scroll from left to right automatically which used to happen earlier.

Sorry, I don't have a Samsung device, so I'm still not entirely sure what you mean. What should be scrolling automatically left and right? Are you talking about notifications that are longer than the width of the notification shade?
