Help Needed !!! HTC one X + battery overheating near the camera while using WIFI or 3G

Hi ,

Hope can someone help me out with the i bought an HTC one X + 4 months back and the phone started heating when i use WIFI or 3G , it was all fine from the beginning , but it recently started heating upto temps of 45-50'C is there any fix for this kindly help , would really appreciate if someone can get me out of this heating issue.

The first thing to check, because it's a possible cause of overheating, is the battery. It could be failing....if the back is removable, take the battery out and see whether it seems to be bulging. If so, it will need replacing....but even if not, it could still be failing.

There are other possible causes of overheating so get back to us if necessary.

Edit. Posted same time as preceding post....Yes, what mrsmumbles says is one of the other causes.
