Is it donezo? Droid wont stop cycling on and off

[AC Question]

It wont charge either. Totally random, was being mostly ok before this. Occasionally would reboot itself. Now if i plug into the charger, it just cycles on and off and doesnt charge at all, even when it decides to just stay off. Cant do a factory reset, shuts off and reboots before I can select that option. Any ideas? Or do I just have to buy a new one??
