zenfone5 not processing

[AC Question]

I just bought zenfone5 3 days ago. last night it's battery was emptied. just this morning I charged it and when I switch it on, it's not processing. it stops when the ASUS Logo shows up and the processing circle for several hours now. what could be the problem and what should I do about it? thanks

Welcome to Android Central! When the battery died last night, did you immediately start recharging it, or did you wait until this morning to start charging? If you waited, then let the phone sit on the wall outlet for at least 6-8 hours before you try to turn it on again. In general, try not to let the battery die--if you don't recharge it for a while after it's died, it might become irreversibly dead.
