I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, and whenever I take a photo and look at the "Details" of the photo, the time the photo was taken is always 4 hours ahead of the actual time. So if I take a photo at 5:30AM, it shows as 9:30AM. I do photo surveillance and this is a huge issue because I need to prove what time a photo was taken.

Any ideas on how to fix this? The time is correct on the phone when I look at the home screen.

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Gallery and select Clear Cache. Perhaps do the same in the Camera app.

Other apps may be involved, so if no go with the above, try Settings, Storage, and clear Cached Data.
