Urgently need help please

My HTC one M7, unlocked in India, i am facing a problem with my phone, suddenly it got rebooted and showing some error :''(
Can some one please help, my htc one m7 is rebooting in safe mode and in normal reboot getting this error "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped". and "Unfortunately, dailer has stopped",
Could any one help me out to fix this issue need help.:'''(

If you are able to use the phone normally, and I'm sorry but I'm not quite certain of that from your post, go to Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

Also, if you can get into Recovery, perform a Cache Partition wipe, using the Open Recovery method described here:

Hi Belodion,
I am not able to use my phone as after i restart my phone soon after HTC one logo the phone screen switches to black screen and this error pops up, "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped". and "Unfortunately, dailer has stopped", have tried rooting but for the phone needs to be used in normal which i am not able to use, please help me..
