Galaxy S4 stock email inbox not working

[AC Question]

I have an ATT Galaxy S4 with 4.4.2. A couple of days ago my emails quit working both in my Galaxy and on my laptop w/Outlook. I've been able to restore my laptop and the outbox functions on my Galaxy, but nothing seems to make the inbox work. I have followed all the troubleshooting advice offered on ATT and at various Android sites, including complete deletion of the stock email and setup several times, dumping the email cache, and cycling airplane mode, master sync, etc. Any other ideas? thanks. kim
