Campaign Icons showing up in Gallery Folder

[AC Question]

Ever since I upgraded to KitKat, I keep getting a folder in my Gallery labeled "Campaign Icons". One looks like a lower case "i" and the other looks like a lightning bolt. I have no idea where these are coming from and the only thing I do know is that I never saw these when I had Jelly Bean. Also, I had a Motorola RAZR Maxx HD before I got a Samsung Galaxy S5, but this folder showed up on both phones. It also doesn't show up everyday, but it's difficult to figure out which app causes these to populate. Is there a way to keep these from showing up altogether and/or which app is causing these so I can delete it if I can?

Some say it's related to the Weatherbug app. Do you have that on your phone?
