    Hi There,

I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping somebody can help me. I just got a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and it's great. My Bluetooth works great in the car, I was able to connect without issues and can listen to music fine BUT, it is not letting me import my contacts from my phone to the car. When I try to it goes through the steps of having me enter the 4-digit pin on my phone and it says it's importing for a few seconds then it says import failed. I have tried everything like deleting the device from my car Bluetooth and repairing it and still nothing. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP???

Welcome to Android Central! When you did the initial pairing, did anything come up on the phone about asking permission to import contacts? If you didn't accept that, the contacts won't import. Try unpairing the phone, then go through the whole pairing process again, and look at the phone's screen carefully to make sure you're not missing a prompt.
