USB problem with samsung grand neo duos

hello,im new here,ive got a problem"i connected my samsung grand neo duos phone to my PC via USB cable but it is ok when i use internet connection using phone as modem but cannot share media file..or transfer data to my pc from phone"i wanna share file from phone to pc what can i do?NB:i dont have windows genuine its 7 carbon version...PLZ help me..thank you:'(

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean it's a carbon version? Is it a copied version of Windows?

On your phone, when you plug in via USB, swipe down the Notification Shade on the phone, tap the USB connection notification, and make sure MTP is selected.
