Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom w/Straight Talk Plan...HELP PLEASE!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom phone that I use with an Unlimited Straight Talk plan. I've never had problems with this setup until about a week ago when I refilled my plan. I can only make/receive calls and texts. I cannot access the internet or send photos, etc.. It says my proxy is set up but cannot connect with the server?? My phone shows all bars and a 4G signal. I have tried everything Straight Talk suggested with no luck, including changing APN settings multiple times. I am desperate for any suggestions I haven't already tried. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!
