sms notifacations for this month

hi ca anyone help me with this for the last 2 months I keep getting "you've reached your sms notification limit for this month. you'll start getting sms from facebook again next month" I never had this problem until 2 months ago so don't know why all of a sudden I am getting it now, can anyone help me please :-/

Welcome to Android Central! What device are you using? Were you getting some kind of text messages about Facebook posts?

Open Facebook, tap Menu, then Account Settings, then Notifications. Look at the Text Message section, and see if something there is set up.
