hi every body >>> I have tab 2 7.0 p6200 and i can't find my serial number any ware (in the bottom of the back cover , under the battery) and the device keep showing this message (firmware upgrade encountered an issue please select recovery mode in kies & try again) any help please.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you need the serial number for--are you talking to Samsung about warranty? Do you still have the box? I think it's usually on the UPC sticker of the box (listed as S/N).

So did this happen when you were trying to do a system update?
