I recently purchased a Quantum Axis A23 tablet with an x23 ARM Dual Core 1.5GHz CPU coupled with the Mali-400 GPU for one of my kids. I mounted a 32GM MicroSD card and then plugged it into my computer to transfer music and pictures. The computer recognized the hardware and 2 additional drives where created (E and F). However, when I click on either drive, I receive the message : Please insert disk.

Any idea on what I should do next?

Thanks for your help.

Welcome to Android Central! It can be difficult to troubleshoot these budget off-brand devices, because they have more chance of having firmware or hardware flaws, and support is minimal. At this point, I would suggest inserting the SD card into your computer (using a fullsize SD adapter, very cheap to buy if you don't have one: http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-micro...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU3884630), and transferring the files that way. Then remove the microSD card and insert it back into the tablet.
