Upload contacts S5 Active to KIA Uvo.

New 2015 KIA Sorento with Nav and KIA Uvo system. Everything works fine except my phone contacts will not upload to the system. My wife's phone, Nokia 920 Widows phone uploads fine. Have searched everywhere online and no joy. Is it, perhaps, because S5 Active is so new KIA hasn't caught up with it yet?

Welcome to Android Central! When you first paired your phone with the car, did you see any prompt on the phone to agree to transfer the contacts? If it was there and you didn't accept, then the phonebook won't transfer. Try unpairing the phone, and then pair it again, and watch the phone screen closely to see if any prompts come up.

Yes, have unpaired and re-paired several times. Have given permission to upload from phone each time, still no joy. UVO uploads two contacts....my number and wife's number only. KIA consumer service is working on it now and supposed to call me sometime today....thanks.
