samsung halaxy note 2 power problem

[AC Question]

i used Samsung galaxy note 2 mobile one find day suddenly power off and i start connect charger then it was start after disconnect the charger it goes to off
i check battery 70% again start connect charger it goes to on after disconnect the charger it goes to off .i have been formatted the instrument
but problem is not clear. servicing centers not clear this problem
what the reasons of this problem .
please advice

Welcome to Android Central! So if I understand correctly, your phone is shutting off soon after you unplug the phone, even though it says the battery has 70%? I'd try a new battery.
