I swapped Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone for replacement and added an SD card. My pics now on my SD card. since the swap my Google + is not syncing with my Camera/picture folders on SD card. Google shows my last upload was from my old Note 3 phone without the SD card.

Anyone out there with this issue?? SOS :+)

Welcome to Android Central! Remember that it's not a sync function--it's Auto Backup. Google+ Auto Backup will automatically backup any photo you take to the Auto Backup folder in your Google+ Photos cloud. Check you Auto Backup settings in the Photos app--swipe in from the left, tap Settings, then Auto Backup, and make sure it's switched on.

The kind of sync that does occur is the ability to see your Google+ cloud photos in your Gallery or Photos app. But it won't physically pull down those photos and place them in your SD card, nor will it automatically upload those SD card photos to Google+.
