Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - Top 2 layers of the screen is brigher than the rest of the screen.

Uhh, do I need to replace my screen? does anyone have this problem...
The first layer is the brightest and the second is the mid brightest and the rest of the fricking screen is the darkest... :(

Welcome to Android Central! Is it frozen on that screen, or did you create a blank white screen to show the shading differential?

Does that shading correspond to the usual position of the notification bar and some other item at the top of the screen when in portrait mode? It almost looks like some kind of screen burn-in.

Holy crap, yes it is Facebook. I use Facebook and Youtube mostly on my cellphone. I hope my mother's Galaxy Note 4 does not have this problem. My sister's Note 3 has the same problem. But I only can see the notification layer on her phone.
