Sudden Loss of Power

[AC Question]

Hi. I have a china made mobile (branded FAEA) running android 4.4.2 and I have a problem with it since day 1. When the battery is at around 30% it just goes off, also sometimes it restarts alone. I tried three batteries but the problem is still. I contacted the site from where I bought it and first thing they suggested is a factory reset. Do you think that this might solve the problem? It's no point doing reset and losing everything if its sure nothing will change.

It sounds like the phone is faulty ... I would of returned the phone. A factory reset may help .. doesn't hurt to try .. but it could also just be the phone.
