    Please HELP!

I have a replacement Galaxy S5 and when I am inputting my SIM password and pressing OK nothing is happening. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating as I have no means of contacting EE or Samsung to get a sloution. I have switched the phone off and on several times and each time I am stuck on the password screen. It does not recognise any of my attempts to put in the password. I type in the digits and when I press OK nothing happens,

Any help will be much appreciated

SIM Password? I am not sure what this is ... unless you mean phone password. Is the phone connected to wifi by chance? If so you can use Android Device Manager to reset the password.

I think he means the PIN number that comes with some SIM cards.

Is it a prepaid card? I think the only ones that can help you are the company that sold you the SIM. In some cases can be blocked after a certain number of wrong tries.

Or maybe there's something wrong with the card itself.

Is it still working fine if you put it in another phone?
