Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Are you rooted? If you're not rooted, it's impossible to delete the Phone app. Open your App Drawer, look for "Phone" or "Dialer," long press it, then drag and drop it back to the homescreen.

Thanks. It is a motorola Droid 4 with cyanogenmod cm 11. The phone icon has also disappeared from the drawer. UnfortunetelyI can´t recall the exact action I undertook to create that mistake. When I boot Android 4.4 everything works fine so far.

I'm not familiar with CM, so hopefully someone else here can weigh in.
