Verizon LG G3 17 days old, error yellow triangle with QUESTION MARK??

Just past my 2 week coverage date, go figure. Phone does this 90% of the time. WTH is it, and what do I need to do to fix it? Have a screen shot but don't see where to attach an image?

Possibly a text message or email that didn't get sent properly? Look through your logs and see if there's anything of that sort.
If not, get back to us because there are other possibilities.
