Vision impaired need help!!

I'm vision impaired & desperately in need of "Big Button" key board, I downloaded the free version to try & absolutely love it, so I decided to upgrade & buy the full function deluxe version, for the life of me I tried every trick in the book to download it BUT IT KEEPS GIVING ME ERROR 24, I don't want to uninstall the free version for fear I wont be able to reinstall it. any gurus out there that can help?? Thanks!!!

Welcome to Android Central! If you uninstall the free version, you will always be able to reinstall it. In regards to your purchased app, try going to System Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and tap Clear Cache and Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now open Google Play Store again, and try to install the paid keyboard. Don't worry--your record of the purchase should be stored in the cloud.
