    I am experiencing a problem in turning on my Blu Life Play cell phone. I am receiving a message at start up which says "Updates failed. Check Network". It keeps looping from my home page to this screen and not allowing me to use the phone. Please help.

    Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
