    Ave been unable to download or update apps from Google play store on Samsung note 8... It keeps telling me "error downloading, there is insufficient space on the device" meanwhile I have space
    I tried cleaning all caches, transferring all media files to sdcard storage and also resetting the phone but the problem still persist.
    Need your help pls android central

    Welcome to Android Central! How much Internal Storage do you have available? Which caches did you clear?

    Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. See if that helps.

    If that doesn't help, try booting into Recovery and wiping the system cache partition, which is different from the app caches. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
