App says installed, but its not in the apps - on screen or the list of apps

Hi there.
I have purchased a Sonos music system. I downloaded the app. to my Samsung Note. However, it isn't on my screen or in my apps. I rebooted phone. Still not there. I went to redownload it. It says it is already installed, so obviously I cant install it!! Many thanks for your assistance.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact name of the Sonos app? You're saying it isn't in the App Drawer at all? How about the App Manager--can you find it listed in the Downloaded apps? Is it a widget only? Widgets usually don't show up in the App Drawer.
