A few hours before the touchscreen on my phone stopped working completely, I was able to open it up and accept a software update. When I got up from a nap, I opened my phone and the little bubbles popped up and it told me to swipe to open. When I did, nothing happened. The power button can wake up the phone and I have no idea if the volume or home button would work because that would only be visible if the phone were open. I just factory reset the thing yesterday because it denied the password that I had set and wouldn't let me into the phone. Is it possible to get it to work without another factory reset?
