i rooted my phone yesterday, through shabby penguins guide, thank you all so much! installed titanium something, installed ROM manager, didn't back up any of my files, soooooooo very stupid of me, please try not to judge me but only help me. i don't know why but i thought to get a custom rom, i believe is what it is, first then back up. that's when it happened my phone turned into reboot and has since had the Samsung logo flashing, i am new to this as well, i did do my research up until the roms, i didn't know it was specific to each phone, i was thinking if i could use [OUDHS] return to stock? i apologizes for time taken up, i am nervous & scarred as hell, i cannot afford another phone. thank you.

Reflash the stock ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN). You won't get your data back (unless you have it all backed up somewhere - see Backing up an Android Device - which you should always do - storage is cheap), but you'll get back a working phone.
