Welcome to Android Central! Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

    1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
    2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
    3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
    4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

Nothing because uninstalling Messenger will solve the problem (probably). You could power down or reboot and charge again and see how much better the battery is.

Your stats actually aren't that unusual. You're on track for almost 4 hours of total screen on time, which is good for the Nexus 5. I usually get around 3 hours. Remember that the screen is the biggest battery drain.

Actually that was more like 4 hours on the charge, with about 2+ hours screen time.

I said that he was on track for almost 4 hrs of total screen-on time. This is how I figured it. The battery is currently at 36%, and screen-on time has been about 2.5 hrs (150 minutes). He's used 64% of his battery so far. 150/x = 0.64, solve for x. X = 234 minutes, which is almost 4 hours.

If your screen is on a lot of the time, the battery won't last that long, since the screen uses the most battery.

Usual in what way? Signal strength depends on your carrier and how well your area is covered. You have 11% time without signal, which isn't horrible, but it's also not ideal. Are you often in an area with poor signal, like at work? If so, you might consider turning Airplane Mode on where you know signal is bad.

Yeah I'm always in poor network signal area.
What do u suggest ? Uninstall app that use battery most and turn screen brightness to lowest ?
There is no better way ?
