help samsung galaxy exhibit t599 is stuck in bootloop

i was trying to root my android and i downloaded root master and when i tried to use it the phone began force closing everything including the os. I turned the phone off and when i turned it back on , it was stuck in a boot loop. is there anything i can do , i feel as though ive tried everything
