Samsung Galaxy S2 4G won't turn on, just vibrates.

I need help!! I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 4G, and It will not work, I take the battery put it back in and it just goes to the Samsung logo then the galaxy logo then shuts its self off, and vibrates every three seconds or so.. and I need to either fix it or back up all my files I do not want to loose stuff off it, Please help!!

Can you access recovery mode in order to perform a factory reset?

Is your data stored on SD?
