I purchased a S5 phone on 8/29/014 and have been having some problems being able to set it up the way I wanted. After contacting Samsung support I found out the reason I'm having problems is because it's not a US supported phone. According to the box its manufactured in Viet Nam. Has anyone else had this problem with some S5 phones not being able to do the same things as other S5 phones??
    Thanks, Leroy

Where did you purchase the S5? If you got it from an unauthorized retailer or third-party, then chances are the device is not an actual S5, but a replica.
