Please Help! Note 2 unknown baseband version, null imei

I have a note 2 Gt-N7105t phone running 4.3 stock rom from Telstra, which i downloaded from sam mobile and flashed using odin. A previously used custom rom caused an unknown baseband version, null imei and various other problems. As I cannot connect to the mobile network and my sim card is not recognized by the device I am unable to use it and have to use an old i device .I am willing to provide any information necessary to solve this problem please help!

Can you dial *#06#?

Should pop up your IMEI and you can then look up your phone specs. You can use Swappa ESN look up to see the baseband. ESN / IMEI / MEID Check (Free) > Swappa

Unfortunately when i dial *#06# it states my imei is null / null, but it is printed on the back of my phone if that helps.
