my phone just freeze and when i finally get a screen on it gives me a touch wizzard error

Open system settings - applications - Sort by all. Look for TouchWiz, Launcher or TW Launcher and clear the cache. I'm not sure how the launcher is named on the Note 3, so you'll need to take a look for it.

Let us know how it goes. Worst case scenario is that you need to factory reset from system settings - security.
