I have my phone synced via Bluetooth with my car and for the most part, everything works pretty well. Then I get a text message. The message pops up on my cars screen with the persons phone number and my car say's "You have a new message" over the speakers. When I press Ignore on the screen to make the message clear so that I can see my screen again, it just pops up another box for an older text message and again say's "You have a new message" and the vicious cycle begins. It will continue on and on, every time I hit ignore it just jumps to the previous message I received (no matter if I received it 2 days before) and tells me I have a new message. It will literally cycle through every message I have my phone no matter how old.

This seems to be an issue with the Bluetooth settings of the car radio rather than the device itself. Have you got through the radio unit to see if there is a setting to disable that feature?
