    I hope someone can help me because right now I can't even use my phone to call my service provider for help. There was a Samsung notification today on my phone that there was an update that had to be done. It said it would take several minutes. I allowed the update and when it was finished I can't get my phone to work. The home button (?) doesn't wake up the device - I have to use the power button instead. It lets me unlock the device and that's all. I tried doing a restart but there is no touch recognition on screen. I held the power button for more than 10 seconds thinking it might restart that way with no luck.

    If you can boot into Recovery Mode, perform a Cache Partition wipe, which some say is a good thing to do after an update.
